Lead development of a cross-platform mobile app with React Native for iOS and Android. Collaborate to define architecture, quality standards, and CI tooling, and contribute to frontend (Electron and web) and backend projects when needed.

Take end-to-end ownership of mobile features, influencing our mobile architecture and user experience, including UI, state management, API integration, and performance monitoring. Design scalable mobile architectures (MVVM or TCA) that integrate with our effect-based backend and AI systems, including offline-first logic and real-time streaming.

Lead the full-stack development of the platform, building backend APIs and mobile/web frontends with NestJS, Node.js, TypeScript, and React Native. Architect features, manage the roadmap, ensure UX, and extend the GraphQL API.

Lead the frontend and mobile platform team, owning end-to-end delivery of web and mobile apps, and advancing the internal development platform, architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.

Oversees the full end-to-end delivery of frontend initiatives in the User Experience Team, from requirements to delivery. Mentors engineers and partners with Product Manager and Tech Lead to drive strategy and people development.
